I have gone to Broome Nurse Practioners a few times. This time I saw Nina Gaube and she was fantastic - very polite and knowledgeable. The office staff was very friendly and the wait time was very minimal. Would definitely recommend her services.
Everyone has been great but Katrina has completely gone above and BEYOND! I had a hard time when I switched insurances (getting the run around from them) and when I called Katrina to follow up she said let me take over! She did not have to do that; she said “I’m just doing my job.” However I believe she was not, she had taken my frustration away and created a solution to the problem! I TRULY appreciate her!
I've visited this location for 3 laser services now and with every round my skin has vastly improved! Twice for Excel and once for Genesis. After my initial appointment where we discussed my concerns (mild rosacea, a stubborn sun spot, fine lines, a small sebaceous hyperplasia, a small bit of hair removal) she determined the Excel would be perfect to address most of my concerns. The first round of Excel greatly reduced the sun spot, resulted in a good amount of hair reduction, reduced my rosacea, and resolved the sebaceous hyperplasia.
