“No need to shop around to find the right aesthetic care, because I did it for you! Skin2Soul was a breath of fresh air - I cannot recommend it enough. I love that I can get NYC results in Central New York (thank god). I am never pushed into getting any procedures and encouraged to 'shop around' before making any decisions - why? Because it's my face, and these treatments aren't cheap, it's an investment, and they get that it matters to me and plenty of other people. And guess what?... I always come back to them.I receive a free consultation prior to going ahead with any treatments or procedures to ensure that it would meet my expectations and skin goals. I have had such a positive experience with the face treatments/procedures that I'm now exploring the body treatments. I continue to come back to Skin2Soul because they help me reach MY skin goals (which is different for everyone), they don't try to sell me on the "latest TikTok fad" procedure just because its trending, and the customer service is great. The aesthetician, Sara, is lovely and really individualizes the treatments for my concerns. She times my facial treatments perfectly throughout the year based on my lifestyle and let's me know what will or won't provide the results I'm looking for with my skin type and coloring. I go to Sara for IPL treatments and am exploring some body treatments.The owner, Suzanne, is fantastic and THE reason that I felt so comfortable coming to Skin2Soul and starting injectables in my 40s (she even trains other providers on how to do it). She never overdoes it and the results are always natural and tastefully done! She wants you to feel 100% comfortable every step pf the way and is always happy to provide any client education so you understand fully what the procedures entail (she actually once thanked me for being comfortable enough to ask a question about my bill!).
