“High turnover at UHS Primary Care Vestal led to my getting Dr. Remy Hassan as my primary physician.To give you an idea of what having him as my doctor has been like, soon after I started with him, I got a phone call at 8:30 PM at home from him checking up on me. Not an email, not a text, not a nurse from the practice, not even a PA; my doctor phoned me. When someone takes my care that seriously, I notice.

So did UHS. They gave him an opportunity to teach at Binghamton Hospital, so he moved to UHS Primary Care Binghamton across the street from the hospital. I followed him there, and my wife and daughter later did as well. We live in Apalachin and my wife teaches at BU, so we didn’t go to Binghamton out of convenience. We went for the care. It’s worth it.“
