“Excellent 8 years, unfortunate the past 2 its Changed drastically to unprofessional care and sent to the emergency room. She's a trainer's in my medical needs and treatments. Had problems with my new assistance assigned since I'm permanently disabled. I'm a retired surgical nurse and trying to work the situation with complaint management with no help until corrected with others and Dr. Walker, which is my favorite with Dr. Dar . They greatly cared for me even though his retired as temp, and she is missed from her relocation.”
