“I wanted to just give a shout out to the owner of this barbershop. He was dealt a very bad hand when one of his employees was caught doing disgusting things with an underage girl. But, he immediately took control of the situation and fired the awful individual and put out a very sincere apology, making sure that everyone knew that he finds this behavior abhorrent and will not tolerate it. I am very impressed that he took such immediate action and didn't just stand back and hide. I hope this business continues to thrive!“

“Let me tell y’all about our experience at E-Class and with Erick Ballard — he was absolutely PHENOMENAL with our son ???. Our son is autism and has high sensory processing disorder. He wanted absolutely nothing to do with the barber chair so Erick let him sit on the couch with my husband. He was so patient, let him walk around, gave him breaks so he could have a minute to do his deep breathing to calm down. He did cry and put up a fight, but Erick gave him his space and time to relax and start again. This experience reminded me so much of my past hairdresser who used to cut his hair when he was little. Watching someone show our son so much love, compassion, patience and kindness again meant to absolute world to us. Thank you a million times over Erick, you have no idea how much this meant to us.

Well the haircut went fast but I was warned by the barber that he wasn’t comfortable cutting a long beard. Well, I was comfortable and told him to give it his best and the best he did. He did an incredible job and I’ve received a number of compliments. Bottom line is I highly recommend Vitos for a great haircut and beard trim. The best haircut and beard trim I’ve had in awhile.
