“Todd is Binghamton's finest with location, ambiance, friendliness, and quality cut at decent competitive price. Clean, cool, and corner store gas station across the street with a dozen restaurants in the area. Go there, you'll be glad you did. By the way, I'm not even on the east side of Binghamton but I travel all the way from the west side for Todd. The Barn Barbershop is DEFINITELY worth it!“
