Shennan was absolutely amazing today. She helped me get the link to my picture to work and helped me figure out how to order more for one of my other children. She was a pleasure to work with.
After not receiving my order that was apparently lost in the mail, I spoke via e-mail with Customer Service. Within a week or so, I received my package in the mail and it is fantastic. I am so happy with the Customer Service and Shannen!
I had an amazing experience here! I felt so confident and Jennifer was just the sweetest! She made sure that I was comfortable and happy with my pictures! I definitely recommend Upstate Images!
