The craftsman they sent to work on our kitchen remodel was fantastic. Since it was an unorthodox job, reusing reclaimed materials in an old house, it required careful consultation and creative thinking. The finished job was exactly what we envisioned. The quality of work was excellent, all company representatives were polite and responsive, and the workmen were punctual and cleaned up after themselves. Last year my father was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer. All he wanted was to spend his final months in his favorite part of his home - his den. Unfortunately there was no bathroom on that floor of the house and he was too weak to go upstairs to access the one there. We contacted Kiefer-Randall to see about putting in a small bathroom on that level of their home that my dad could access. In post-pandemic crazy times - Timothy Kiefer came by the house, sat with my dad and made a plan to construct a simple bathroom with a shower close by that he could access safely.
