“Adam the assistant manager is great. We have been in many times and he is super helpful and tries to go above and beyond to make sure the customers are happy. 5 stars for Adam. He deserves a promotion.
I knocked off a star because there is an older male employee who I didn't get his name, but whenever he is in, he has the worst customer service. He has a bad attitude, rude and he makes it known that he has a distain for children. We've dealt with him twice (so I know he wasn't just having a bad day) and both times he has made me and my children uncomfortable. 0 stars for that guy. I hope he finds a different job. If I find out his name I will update my review to include it.
From now on I am going to call ahead whenever we need to come in and make sure Adam is working.”
