We discussed everything and she was wonderful. She said Scott, the owner would give me an exact date to come to my home to do the work. After we hang up, Danielle called back 10 minutes later to say Scott doesn't do business in my neighborhood. I was very upset at the time. However, Scott called me later and explained that Danielle made a mistake. He apologized for the confusion and seemed very sincere.
