I chose this company primarily based on consumer reviews and I was not disapointed. It was easy to make an appointment (thanks Joanna). And the pricing is clear. I was able to use a coupon as well. Will was the service tech and he was pleasant and polite and patient (I had a lot of questions), and he completed the service quickly. He explained what he was doing and how it would affect the hive and what to expect after the treatment was applied. He made sure to tell me that if I saw further yellow jacket activity after 6 days that I could call and they would come back to apply additional treatments. I apprecated the professionalism on all levels of this process.

From my first text message for an appointment with A&C Pest Management, I found them nothing but professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. Scheduling was easy, communication was excellent, and they arrived exactly when promised.
Shea, the technician, was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions. Most importantly, he provided reassurance and gave me tremendous peace of mind during what had been a very stressful situation.
It’s refreshing to find a company that truly values customer service and treats its customers with patience and respect. I highly recommend A&C Pest Management to anyone… read full review
