“Shea, the technician, came to the house and asked where we were seeing the ants. From my comments he deducted that they were mostly in the back of the house and that's where he sprayed. He also sprayed in the back yard. He was thorough, professional, and courteous. Also, he reminded me to call for a follow up visit in two weeks, which I did.
