I reached out to Holly Tree after deciding to no longer neglect our very overgrown Eastern Redbud and apple trees, and Don came out that same afternoon to give us an estimate. After speaking to Don about those two trees and other trees on our property we immediately felt confident in his expertise. His crew came out the following morning. and when they were done we were super satisfied with their work and the new look of our trees. Don was super accessible via phone and text throughout the process, too. Really happy to now have an arborist that we trust for all our future tree needs.

Firstly, I have to say their flexibility in our particular case was unmatched. I basically needed them to perform a move in, deep clean on the spot. They did as so and did not disappoint. From my initial conversations with them, they were professional, friendly, and truly wanted to understand what I expected, so that they could meet me at the point of my needs. Like most women, I am extremely particular about my space and “no cleaning is clean enough unless I do it myself.” Well, in this case I had to understand that I could not clean such a large home on my own and be able to target every nook, window, molding, and crevice as they did. The cleaners were so intentional, careful, and left our home SPOTLESS!!!
