“Thank you so much Michael! I had a roof leak coming down around my chimney, and when Michael showed up, he immediately found the real problem — the flashing had been installed completely wrong and the plywood underneath was rotted out.
He tore off the shingles, removed all the damaged plywood, and rebuilt everything the right way. He installed brand‑new plywood, put down ice and water shield five feet out around the chimney and three feet up the chimney, then installed new flashing, step flashing, and shingles exactly how they’re supposed to be done. He even removed the siding, corners, and J‑channel going up the chimney to make sure nothing else was damaged, and then reinstalled everything perfectly once the repair was finished.
The quality of the work is outstanding. No shortcuts, no guessing — just real craftsmanship. The leak is completely gone, the chimney area looks brand new, and I finally have peace of mind knowing it was done correctly.
