“I called Ultimate Roofing over the summer when a leak in our roof shorted out a fan in our son's bedroom and caused a small electrical fire. Tommy came over that same day and did a thorough walk through of the entire roof. He pointed out a pattern of missing or worn-down shingles from the recent wind and hail we received. When our insurance estimator showed up, Tommy again came to the house and went up on the ladder to point out the areas of damage aside from the spot where the leak occurred.The Ultimate Roofing team provided the best quote and outperformed my expectations. Tommy dropped off the materials earlier in the morning and a team of 3-4 were on the roof with an additional 1-2 members on the ground making sure that any scraps, nails, supplies from the project were picked up. They left no trace. 17 sheets of plywood were replaced and Tommy also noticed that our upstairs bathroom vents were venting into the attic rather than outside. He ran out to Lowe's and replaced the vents for us and vented them outside. Talk about going above and beyond! You will get the very best in Communication, Professionalism, Quality, and Reliability. Better Construction Services is a small business and Fredi is quick to contact, did a great job on the quote (fixed a minor chimney issue for free) and had a good price. His team did not nickel and dime, replaced the skylight, added a power vent, cleaned up perfectly and got us a great new shingles and a ten year workmanship warranty + Owens Corning Duration shingles limited lifetime warranty. Fredi treats your property like his own and takes pride in quality of the work. My gutter guards were old and bent, he offered to replace them with new ones free of charge if I could get some from the store, which we did. The total job was well done. “Randy patiently answered all of our questions. He managed our expectations about gutter cap performance and clearly laid out the pros and cons in our first conversation. His price was reasonable, and his gutter cap design matched what we were looking for. Installation seems to be good. (I will update review if that changes). Randy was there helping out doing the work. The only thing I would suggest is that the team do a better job of cleaning up after the job. When they were done, there were little blobs of gutter debris in various spots around the yard. If I needed more gutter work, I would use Absolute Seamless Gutters again without hesitation.“

“We hired Affordable Roofing and Exteriors to replace some of our cedar siding that had rotted away. Andrei came out to take a look at it and was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He got right up on the roof. We received the quote promptly. They completed the job as soon as the weather allowed. They actually did it the day after Thanksgiving. It looks great and they even cleaned the moss off our roof while they were up there. We’re very happy to get it done before winter. We will definitely hire them again for our roofing/siding needs.“
