Better Construction Services is a small business and Fredi is quick to contact, did a great job on the quote (fixed a minor chimney issue for free) and had a good price. His team did not nickel and dime, replaced the skylight, added a power vent, cleaned up perfectly and got us a great new shingles and a ten year workmanship warranty + Owens Corning Duration shingles limited lifetime warranty. Fredi treats your property like his own and takes pride in quality of the work. My gutter guards were old and bent, he offered to replace them with new ones free of charge if I could get some from the store, which we did. The total job was well done.
