“I usually don’t leave reviews, however I felt led by the honest and compassionate way Dr. Asim Mohamed held my mothers appointment today. He was wonderful with my mother today. He took his time to explain her results and what they mean. He answered all our questions. I love how patient he is with her. He even laughed at her corny jokes lol. We were able to set up a plan of action moving forward. Definitely recommend. Also. Want to say thank to him and his receptionist for being humble and compassionate.“

“I was there on a very busy day. The parking lot was completely full and I had to hunt for a handicap space. There was only one left quite a distance from the entry. Reason for 4 stars instead of 5.
Yet, ran like a well oiled machine. Brisk, professional, on time, no surprises. High standard care.“

“I have been a patient at the Stram Center for just shy of a year and a half, and what has happened during that time is truly unbelievable. While I am not completely back to where I was before Lyme disease, compared to where I was when I first walked through their doors, the progress has been incredible.

When I first arrived at the Stram Center, I had been completely undiagnosed and dealing with Lyme disease for over a year without knowing it. I could barely walk, had extreme difficulty speaking, terrible vision issues, and a long list of other symptoms. At the time of writing this review, all of those symptoms have improved dramatically. I am on track to living the life I had before Lyme disease. My recovery is no longer a question of if — it’s a question of when.

While I may not have had the most severe case the Stram Center has ever seen, I certainly have had one of the more complex and stubborn cases. Despite that, they have never stopped working to help me improve.

The Stram Center is truly second to none. I have been to many medical facilities over the years, and none of them even come close. From Dr. Stram himself to the person cleaning the building after hours, every member of the staff is professional, compassionate, and dedicated. Their only goal is helping people regain their health and quality of life. You can genuinely tell the staff wants to be there. Their compassion, positivity, and professionalism are unlike anything I have ever experienced in healthcare.

The staff makes every reasonable accommodation possible and truly works on a case-by-case basis to do what is best for each patient, both health-wise and financially. They understand the hardships that come with compromised health. While I wish there were more Stram Centers, I believe their current size is part of what allows them to provide such personalized and exceptional care.

I also took time to read through some of the negative reviews. In my experience, many come from misunderstandings about how complex chronic illness treatment works. The Stram Center had every opportunity to take advantage of my desperation to get healthy and my willingness to do whatever it took financially, yet they consistently did what was best for me, not what would make them the most money. They were always transparent about pricing, frequently found ways to reduce costs, and helped me transition long-term treatments to home whenever possible.

Lyme disease is an incredibly complex illness, and there is often disagreement between providers. None of my previous doctors agreed with my current treatment plan either — but those same doctors also could not improve my condition.

I work as a firefighter, and I would not write a review like this lightly or dishonestly. No healthcare facility is perfect, and mistakes can happen anywhere. But I can confidently say the Stram Center is one of the best healthcare facilities I have ever experienced.“

“Dr. Lee is amazing! He performed laser photocoagulation in both of my eyes due to small holes from lattice degeneration. I was very nervous, but I am so glad I went through with it. He answered all of my questions and was excellent during the procedure. He told me how it was going and was very clear about my results. The pain was minimal and recovery was easy. I would like to specifically recognize Dr. Oluwaseun Fadairo of the Class of 2026. Dr. Fadairo demonstrated extraordinary compassion, patience, and attentiveness throughout my entire experience. She listened, addressed my concerns with care, and made me feel truly supported every step of the way. The birth of my child would not have been the same without her presence, and I am so grateful for her dedication and expertise.
