Do you realize how well we are treated at the va. Everything we need is in one building. In many cases, treatment is free. The employees there work hard to help us veterans. Be thankful for what we have there.
As an ex employee recently retired I can assure you that the VA has great people trying to do the right thing. Some times the leadership may be a little lacking. This is frustrating for the workers, but I assure the veteran community that the workers at all levels both medical and non medical are doing their best for the veterans and they do care. Thank them as they are human and love their veterans. I saw it everyday.
Stop posting one star reviews for trivial nonsense.. Laurie Russel, you are so out of line. You admit 5 stars for nurses but only give one star. That is not fair. These one star reviews are just from.bitter people. 15 years ago this place was hell.. I was recently late dx'd w terminal 4 stage cancer. I am very bitter and angry about that. As of that dx. I have received world-class care. I Will explore a legal case for what happened but the care givers are amazing. I'm. Giving a five-star instead of four because of the lame veterans who don't understand the past. I have been receiving care through the VA.for 38 years.
