We also had an aluminum gate installed near the garage with a child safe pull tab handle that we love. Custom size gates and big heavy duty hinges. “I had a great experience with the whole JK Schwartz team...from scheduling the appointment for an estimate to the last finishing touches on the finished project, you could just tell that this was a small family business in which each one of them took pride in their work.
My deck is over 30 yrs old and was pretty neglected, but extremely well used. JK Schwartz is a true RENOVATING CO. They're not just someone with a power washer and a can of stain.
They came out and power washed, inspected, replaced boards as needed, sanded the entire deck, masked the house to protect from over spray, and put 2 coats of the recommended deck stain on for an aged deck.
They also cut up and hauled away an 8 ft picnic table, and stained another 8 ft picnic table and put it back up on the deck for me....just because they're nice people.
And they showed up when scheduled, and if they weren't going to be able to come out, they called to let me know.“

“After the December wind storm knocked over half my fence I had them come and give me a quote. I immediately accepted it because it seemed more than fair. They ordered metal posts to reinforce my existing posts. They just finished and my fence looks better than it did 10 years ago. I highly recommend them.

“I hired Erie Fence Co. to repair my wooden fence and install a new gate. My fence post were all leaning backwards from poor installation. Other companies recommended digging it up and building a new fence. However, Greg and the guys came out and straightened up all of my posts without much digging. They also installed a new gate using metal posts and frame. Greg was prompt and very professional. He stayed on site the entire time to make sure everything was done right.
