He also took the time to explain things and provide information, which I really appreciated. Overall, the process was smooth, professional, and reliable. I would definitely recommend them.

I had Bison Iron & Step install two outdoor hand railings in October 2025. They were very prompt and efficient with the installation, the price was very reasonable, and the railings look super! I can't thank Dave and his crew enough! Highly recommend!!

YES!!! The install guys were here this am, exactly two weeks to the day from purchase. The initial estimate stated between two to six weeks for install. I am thrilled! These installers were efficient, neat and took less than an hour to remove, drill, concrete and install. I am happy with the overall job. The railings are now up to code, 36". They look a thousand times better than what I had and they are quality!
