“I had a great experience with the whole JK Schwartz team...from scheduling the appointment for an estimate to the last finishing touches on the finished project, you could just tell that this was a small family business in which each one of them took pride in their work.
My deck is over 30 yrs old and was pretty neglected, but extremely well used. JK Schwartz is a true RENOVATING CO. They're not just someone with a power washer and a can of stain.
They came out and power washed, inspected, replaced boards as needed, sanded the entire deck, masked the house to protect from over spray, and put 2 coats of the recommended deck stain on for an aged deck.
They also cut up and hauled away an 8 ft picnic table, and stained another 8 ft picnic table and put it back up on the deck for me....just because they're nice people.
And they showed up when scheduled, and if they weren't going to be able to come out, they called to let me know.“

We were looking for a fence and had made some calls to all of the local businesses that install them, the prices were basically price gouging the customer.
