The first few weeks I think I went 2-3x a week, because I was in such bad shape (neck, upper-mid back and lower back issues), and then gradually, we were able to scale it back to 1-2x a week and now, I'm in about 1x a week for my weekly tune up!! I felt soooo much better literally after my 1st week, the first session actually! I was able to get in the car and turn my neck with ease. Unbelievable! They are the best!“
