I can’t say enough good things about the handling of my grandmother’s passing and services this past week. From start to finish this process was handled with care and concern for what my family is going through. They picked up my grandmother donned in full suits on a Saturday night and showed empathy for the pain and shock of the situation. The funeral home itself is beautiful and we were led through everything step by step. The services really did her justice. You never forget how people treat you when you are down…from the bottom of our hearts….THANK YOU.
Our dad died October 7, 2023 and the service was held at Pirro’s. They were perfect. They anticipated our needs, we’re patient, kind, and flexible - all important traits at a time like that. I delivered twins at crouse hospital on May 16th, one of which passed away due to bilateral renal agenesis. I called and spoke with Pete and he was so kind and understanding of my situation.
