Carter Funeral Home is the greatest funeral home in central New York. They held the services for both my brothers and handled the cremation of my mother. Jim has always been kind, caring and compassionate. When he heard my brother who passed in 2017 was a SU fan he presented all the pall bearers with a orange ties so we could all match and honor my brother. My mother passed on Christmas Eve 2012. I decided not to have calling hours due to the fact that her friends, were not really true friends and her children always kept her at arms length due to her alcoholism.
