I was always the one on the other side the one going to give my condolences… Now I was the one with the responsibility to put a family member to rest… New Comers explained everything to me and my family.. considering the situation everything fell right into place. Donna was wonderful during the pre-planning months before my mother passed, offering guidance and compassion when we needed it most. When the time came, Mark was excellent in when it came to taking mom into their care and promptly meeting with us to make the necessary arrangements. Barb was incredibly helpful in handling several of the logistics, which made a difficult time much easier. On the day of the funeral, every staff member was respectful, attentive, and supportive.
