This winter a pipe burst over our kitchen, wreaking havoc on our home. We were forced to take on a kitchen renovation project we hadn’t planned. At the same time, we were scheduling some necessary repairs on the exterior of our home, including new doors and painting.
Our home is nearly 120 years old, and Troost had a reputation of excellent work on older homes in this area of the North Shore. That reputation was well deserved. I’ve used Troost for a few of my home improvement projects. They’ve always done high quality work. They were very clear about expectations and scope of work. I have an older home so naturally unexpected issues came up along the way. The crew made sure that I understood any issues, change orders and they worked with me to get the best possible outcome for my money.
