Mikhail was AMAZING! He showed up and did a thorough inspection and we had a detailed report, with photos, within an hour!! Give this man a raise! Five stars for Mikhail and Superior Inspections. Affordable, prompt, thorough, quick.
Mickhail was not only a perfect professional, who kept me up-to-date on what he was finding out about my prospective new home, but thanks to his experience and sharp eye, he actually saved me from making an uninformed bad investment (he found a health hazard that needed to be addressed).
The inspection was excellent. They were extremely thorough and took the time to inspect every part of the property carefully. They answered every question I had and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand.
