I'm sorry to be giving this review so late, but 7 months after closing on my co-op I still think about my experience with John at Precise Home, so I am finally getting around to writing a review!I really recommend John and Precise Home Inspection Services. I didn't know the first thing about buying a co-op and what it entailed and he answered all my questions when I called way ahead of needing his services. And once I finally did, it was very easy to talk to him and to schedule the inspection. He was timely, thorough in his documentation and took time to explain his findings to me while performing the inspection. He also was patient with me when I had follow-up questions...read full review
