I don’t understand how they work connectivity and collectively but they are super good and helpful! Can’t mention from the receptionist to the doctor Ling, Patient Care Assistant, Carol who’s excellent in what she does with phlebotomist, you can’t get it wrong! Your lab results will come on time and they are ready to keep your mind at rest from start to finish! Overall excellent patient satisfaction.
I recently went to Gotham Health Clinic on Vanderbilt, and I was really impressed. The staff were super friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. The doctors and nurses took their time, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood what was going on with my health. The place was clean, modern, and even though it was busy, I didn’t have to wait long at all. They offer a bunch of services like primary care, vision, lab tests, and more ,which makes it really convenient. My appointment with Dr. Ling has been exceptional. From the moment I walked in the door, the level of efficiency and cordiality had me impressed. Then, I met with the nurse, I'm sorry I don't remember her name but she was very attentive and made me feel very comfortable. She had to ask all the pertinent questions and at some point I broke down in tears, it had been such a long time since I was able to express myself, entirely.
