I had an excellent experience at Audiology Island while helping my 96-year-old father upgrade his hearing aids. From start to finish, the entire team was outstanding. I had previous interaction with Audiology Island taking a friend and her brother to appointments. I saw how professional and gracious they were, so when it came time for me to get my hearing aids it was absolutely my first choice. The staff and the doctors are just wonderful and caring. Dr Shapiro and Dr Fulman are the BEST!!! I became hearing impaired, Dr Shapiro made me feel so comfortable with my hearing aides. I also had a recent episode of a sudden significant hearing loss im my right ear. Dr Shapiro diagnosed it and referred me to an ENT, it was treated. My hearing came back to baseline. Dr Fulman followed up, she was encouraging and supportive.
I can not say enough. The staff are professional and accommodating.
I highly recommend Dr Shapiro and Dr Fulman.
