“My daughter loves this place shes been going for about two years now. It gets her out of the house and off the ipad for a couple hours. They keep it very clean and everyone is always wearing a mask,they sanitize the childrens hands when entering and leaving. I highly recommend.“

“Took my first adult white belt BBJ class last night and it was awesome! The facility was super clean and very spacious, the group of guys were all friendly and eager to teach/learn. Mike Codella the owner showed me around and made me feel like a part of the family. Their schedule is great with a variety of classes to take. Excited to begin my training. Overall, I highly recommend this gym to anyone from beginner to advanced.“
