They showed up exactly as scheduled and kept their workspace neat and the house clean. The installation was more complicated and took longer than planned due to existing unorthodox renovation work and a malfunctioning part, but they never grumbled and showed complete determination and dedication to completing the job. They were able to replace a PTAC unit very quickly right before the peak of summer and offered quick solutions when the original replacement was out of stock. The team made sure the unit was fully functioning and connected to a new Nest device before leaving. Overall, they are supportive, flexible, and efficient, with a can-do attitude.
