My appointment times are always accommodating my availability and once I arrive I am always seen immediately upon my appointment time. The doctor always takes as much time as needed with me. I am always very satisfied with the service and treatment I receive.

I felt a little bit pressured to buy the hearing aid equivalent which is too expensive and I can’t afford it. I want to go to a hearing specialist where the patient is the main concern and no marketing involved at all. But the doctor who examined me is very good at this

My father went to Hearing Life which is located in Staten Island, NY by the mall, and he couldn’t be happier! He said that the staff was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They answered all of his questions and concerns about the hearing aids, they even made some adjustments, and while there, they noticed that he had some wax buildup in both ears. They then cleaned them out and as a result, my father felt like his hearing was excellent, and his hearing was far superior to when the previous doctor worked there.
