From the start there’s a separate children’s sized door to enter, a room full of colors and toys for my daughter to stay entertained while we waited, and a welcoming smile at the front desk. Debbie and Dr. Merlino were so friendly and patient with my daughter and really made us all feel comfortable. My daughter left with a huge, bright clean smile, a goodie bag and is excited to come. “2025..Update several years later...If it wasn't for Dr. Defeo I would have NO front top or bottom teeth....change that to NO TEETH AT ALL. He's a brilliant dentist and once again, I thought that was it...after not showing up for way too long for an appointment...I was sure he was going to tell me that I needed dentures but no..he is fixing the teeth that need fixing and his bridges and crowns LAST FOR SO LONG...I've never had one of his cbridges or crowns replaced. The bad reviews because the front desk is so busy are absurd. They are the nicest ladies to me. Dr. Defeo is of the best dentists and human beings on Staten Island.“
