I had such great experience with the agency on Staten Island. I needed caregivers for my husband, and they made every effort to accommodate my needs. Amanda and Ina try to make sure that I have the same aides to help care for my husband, and would make changes if the aides don't work out. When choosing the MLTC provider, I was going to work with Riverspring (Elderserve) because they had a good rating, but I went with Integra MLTC provider so I can continue to work with them. They were courteous and professional, and wonderful to work with. I highly recommend this agency if you are in need of caregivers on Staten Island; you will be happy you did
I wouldn’t recommend any other company but comfort Care !! This agency has amazing aides that were so pleasant with my family members . Their staff is excellent and so pleasant to deal with . Very profession team and I plan on staying with this company for a long time .
I’ve been with this company for over a year now and ComForCare’s team couldn’t be more excellent . Not only are they very professional , but their aides provide such excellent service . They always tend to my needs and answer any questions or concerns I have . Definitely recommend for anyone else looking for home care for their family !
