My Grandmother has been under the care of this office for over 15 years, and ultimately, if it wasn't for their home-attendents and ultimately, coordinator who provides them, (aka - the greatest treasure we are lucky to have found), I do not know where or what or how I would be. No one and nothing is absolutely perfect at all times, some unpleasant interactions have happened multiple times, it has not been rainbows and sunshine 100% of the time, but, at the end of the day, the good and the correct care, the correct people, outweigh the unpleasant bumps in the road that's been traveled to get here.
