Crystal Run provides excellent care. Dr. Christian Otto literally saved my life when I visited Urgent Care thinking my asthma was worse than usual. He quickly was able to figure out that it wasn't asthma but my heart was in A-fib and he called me an ambulance and had me rushed to Nyack ER. Had he not been so efficient in diagnosing me I could possible not have been here to write this review. His manner in how he cared for me as person and not just a medical situation kept me calm during this sudden turn of events... I was the first one checked in at 8 am tool the doctor forever to come see me. Got xray done in no time and still waiting for doctor to come in. Meanwhile I told him im in excruciating pain as I sit here 20 min later after xray..This is ridiculous!
