We started with this company in July 2023 and it was excellent. The first time we had David come over to do a whole house pest control service and he did a great job to take care of the ants issue we had. David was polite, warm, attentive, detailed, and professional. The second time we called for UltraPro Pest Protection we had a springtail issue, and this time Phil was sent over. He was also very professional, kind, accommodating, and most importantly quick and efficient. We started using this company in July 2023 for the 1 year service package. It has been wonderful and we are amazed how well it worked. The first time we had David come over to take care of the ants. He was very detail oriented and attentive, yet professional and friendly. He saw that we had little children and he was being extra careful with the process (we later found out he also had a newborn). This is very important for service specialists to be able to connect with their clients while providing excellent customer service.
