Not sure how they remain in business with the way they treat customers!!! Recently requested a price quote on replacing our under sink food disposal. We set a date for my son to arrive at our house to meet the service technician, not once, not twice , but three times before they finally arrived! Not a problem... we totally get that things happen, however, when we received the invoice... OMG-- the invoice was 3 times the price of the original quote. When I called and asked how we were quoted one price and then sent an invoice for another, the response was that we got a "commercial grade" Insinkerator!!!!! What they neglected to realize is that I am an educated consumer---- and went to all the local retail stores and viewed the items on-line. So my husband has sent payment for on our 'agreed' price. They still have not cashed the check. My husband sends another check certified mail.... still have not cashed the check. May contact Better Business Bureau.. or better yet, when I get back to NY, I amy just remove it and return the item to their doorstep. Be wary of these guys. Very unreliable, and feel that they may have tried to get over on us?????? Shame on you Hardy
I call for price per gal. and the secretary dont know there prices. What do you have a secretary for? She assume that I was calling for emergency and I told her I didnt say anything about emergency. Im only asking for price. she wasnt able to do that at all.
This is the worst oil company in the Hamptons... Total ripoff with their prices and service. Stay away... There are plenty of other companies that are safe and honest. My mother , 83 years old , never received her feburary oil delievery and the house froze with her living in there at the time. all bills were current...They said because of the snow 100 houses didnt get oil...for a month ?... all stories.. The driver refused to walk in the snow with the long hose to make the delivery. And the company then forgot about her. We paid extra high prices so this would never happen. " Automatic Delivery" costs more money.... This isnt the first time we had issues... There pricing of oil need to be check monthly because they would raise the price when others were lowering.... Beware........
