So far so good. I had real problems finding a compentent HVAC firm to service my complex geothermal system. This was my 4th try locating a firm. Nothing bad to say about three others (varsity, soundview and cool power) as they honestly told me they could not handle servicing the system. the company that had seviced the system, Danasi, were unable to and refused to help me and in my opinion had not been doing the right thing. Poor workmanship, untrained technicians and very poor customer service. Stay away from Danasi. I would highly recommend W&G.
They are knowledgeable, professional, responsive, courteous and prompt, and they are not looking to sell you something you don't need. They go out of their way to make sure everything is right before they leave your house. They are trustworthy and reliable, and I wouldn't use anyone else.
I called Weber & Grahn at 10am for an emergency visit and not being a customer of record, felt surely I would be told(for the third time this morning), "10-14 days for any new customers". However, quite unlike thetwo other HVAC establishments I called, Ms Nicole of W&G was courteous, caring, and very professional. She explained everything and immediately sent me out a new client form to complete and scan back. I was then told I am on the urgent list and to expect a call from a technician within 12 - 24 hours.
