“I did my mom’s service here in June. It’s not an easy time but Janine made it such a smooth process. She didn’t pressure me into purchasing anything or going with the biggest service. It was everything I wanted. We went through everything step by step together . They also didn’t rush me to make any decisions. I thank them for reassuring me over and over without getting irritated with each decision I had questions about . I was nervous about cremation and getting incorrect ashes but they calmed my fears.
