My mother is a dementia patient and I needed to apply for Medicaid for her with absolutely no knowledge of the process. All I can say is thank goodness for Joanne at Senior Solutions of Long Island, Inc. She is a wealth of information and held my hand through this very involved process ultimately getting my mother the approval needed for Medicaid. Joanne took my calls at all times of the day and was very quick to respond to messages left for her. She answered all of my questions with professionalism and patience. I cant say enough good things about her and what she has done to make a very difficult time that much easier for my family.
