I’ve been working with Kelly Woolsey for the past 8 months when we found out my dad would qualify for Medicaid. She always responded to my voicemails in a timely manner and had guided me through the process of getting my dad the in home care that he needs! I would also love to give a shoutout to Lauren as well. I spoke with her at the beginning of our journey and she was amazing as well. My dad has had his new aides for the past week so far and we are all very happy with them. Unfortunately he had to have a quick trip to the ER for two days and I spoke with the answering service several times over the weekend to keep them up to date on his progress. Maria E. Ruvio consistently goes above and beyond in her role, particularly in her care of my adult patient with dysphagia who is G-tube dependent. She takes remarkable initiative in preparing and pureeing all meals in advance and ensures that everything is fully set up prior to my arrival, allowing speech therapy sessions to begin immediately and run as efficiently as possible.

What truly sets Maria apart is her level of dedication and involvement in the patient’s care.
