I have hydronic floor heating in my home and needed a new boiler. I decided to go with a Viessmann combi boiler system so I went to the Viessmann website and found local dealers. I discovered after getting a number of different quotes that knowledge of floor heating is not widespread. When Nate from KRD came out it was clear he was very knowledgeable about radiant floor heating. His price was reasonable, his knowledge was excellent so I went with him and KRD. I’m glad I did. Installed everything in my new home, now it's 2yrs later & I have a problem. Called them and they came down the same day and repaired my issue.. great company!
Shout out to these guys, another company told me in the dead of winter the part I needed was 6 weeks out they told me to go buy space heaters til then. Next day I called KRD 20 minutes they were at my house taking pictures 2 hours later they were back with the part I needed.
