very unhappy called last weekend to ask when fill up will happen tank was at 30% for our furance. they said the next day will be there which made it monday. They never showed up. so called tuesday they said will be there thursday again never showed up. they again said monday the 15th and again never showed up. Tank now is roughly 18% and as of 6:05 pm 12-15-25 no idea when we will be receiving a tank refill up. i have 4 kids at home.... poor customer service all the way around.
