“I have hydronic floor heating in my home and needed a new boiler. I decided to go with a Viessmann combi boiler system so I went to the Viessmann website and found local dealers. I discovered after getting a number of different quotes that knowledge of floor heating is not widespread. When Nate from KRD came out it was clear he was very knowledgeable about radiant floor heating. His price was reasonable, his knowledge was excellent so I went with him and KRD. I’m glad I did. His employees were professional, knowledgeable and did a great job. They went above and beyond in my opinion. For example, I was not home when they finished the job so I called and asked if they could send someone out to explain the new boiler and they quickly did. It’s been a little over 3 months since they installed the new boiler and everything is working great. Can’t recommend KRD enough.“
