Very responsive! We had a disposal that had jammed and was starting to back up. It was located at our cottage so we are only there on the weekends. I called on a Friday morning and he was able to squeeze a visit in for us the same day. He unjammed the disposal, and even showed us how we could do it ourselves next time!

Bob is great our power went out for 6 hrs and for some reason our furnace wouldn't start back up , he didn't even hesitate to help us out .... he also fixed our heater back in September before winter hit and the service was great and timing was excellent... will definitely be calling them for all our heating issues
