The project manager provided a digital receipt, certificate of completion, and a twenty-year warranty for materials and labor.

“Bill has done a few jobs for us through out the years. Him and his team have been professional, responsive and reasonable. We had him put in a 6ft X 50 ft fence around the perimeter of the pool last summer. Most recent put in 12X12 paver patio. Both done in a weekends time. “We moved into our new house 3 months ago and we couldn’t be happier. Even after we’ve moved in, key has responded quickly to minor things that have come up and I have no doubt they will continue to throughout the warranty.

We had a complicated build for a number of reasons but key was helpful. At times, things moved slower than I would have hoped but even when they were slow I knew that the quality was first priority. My only other complaint is that the house is not painted but only primed so over the next year or so we will have to have spaces we haven’t painted yet painted.“
