We had our home built five years ago. We loved the entire process with key homes. Five years later, we love our home and it is just what we wanted. Thank you to all those involved in the process.
Terrible lack of communications from sales staff. House was to be set at ground level with no need for porches or lots of steps. Those that dug the foundation claim they did not know that. When house was finally set even though my husband kept saying the wall was too high we now have to put on porches and have several steps. Flooring throughout is wavy. Flooring in one part is actually coming up after 1 year of living here. Have had huge issues with windows and get no results. Checked with our attorney who told us to file with nysbattorney general which we have. Would never recommend.
