I had roof that was leaking 3 people tried to fix it nothing worked until chad showed up. And all i can say is HES THE BEST GUY AROUNDD!! no more leaks and the wife is happy!!!
I highly recommend Schumann Construction! They did an enormous amount of work in a very short amount of time rehabilitating my nearly 100-year-old house; and it looks great! They were on-time Every. Single. Day. (Seriously, 7:01am I look out my window and they’re getting out of the van.) Everyone was super friendly, extremely respectful, and very accommodating. The quality of the work is excellent and exactly what you would expect from a professional crew. I really enjoyed working with them and will call them first in the future!
