I highly recommend Schumann Construction! They did an enormous amount of work in a very short amount of time rehabilitating my nearly 100-year-old house; and it looks great! They were on-time Every. Single. Day. (Seriously, 7:01am I look out my window and they’re getting out of the van.) Everyone was super friendly, extremely respectful, and very accommodating. The quality of the work is excellent and exactly what you would expect from a professional crew. I really enjoyed working with them and will call them first in the future!

Mr. Schumann's company did a complete tear off of my roof in January 2017 which included removal of the original cedar shake roof of 1925. He and his crew did an outstanding job in difficult weather conditions. In the recent wild weather windstorm of last week a small section of my roof shingles blew off. The insurance adjuster gave me the name of another company to call. That person proceeded to ask me for $850 to rent a tarp for two days and $21,000 to fix the roof...I really thought I would have a stroke, my blood pressure shot through my roof.... I called Mr. Schumann who sent his crew out the next day. Chuck plus one popped up onto the roof, fixed the initial problem...read full review

Schumann Construction is a great company. They helped me survive the town's regulations and built me a beautiful attached garage and front porch. You would not know they were added over 30 years later. They come when they say, do quality work and clean up when they are done for the day. I would recommend them highly.
